Your orders will be delivered to the address you specified within 2 to 4 working days. Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday will be processed on Monday. Delivery hours are between 09:00 and 18:00 on business days. There is no delivery on Sundays.

Order Tracking:
When your shipment is completed, you will be sent a cargo tracking number via SMS and E-mail, you can also check the current status of your order from your user profile.
Delivery fee:
All shipments across Turkey are made free of charge for purchases of 450 TL or more via Yurtiçi Kargo. In international shipments, the payment belongs to the buyer. The shipping fee will be calculated according to the country to which the shipment will be made.

What if I am not at the address at the time of delivery?
If you are not found at the address, your cargo will be marked as "undelivered" and returned. It will be delivered to your address on the next business day. By contacting the cargo company, you can get preliminary information about the time they will arrive and you can ensure that your package is delivered at a convenient time for you. If you are not at the address when you come for the second time, it will be returned to our office address.
What should I pay attention to during delivery?
When you receive your order, you should definitely check if there is any damage (torn, crushed, wet, etc.) in your cargo package. In case of damage detection, if the damage caused damage to the product or if the product on the invoice does not match the content due to the damage, you should not take delivery of the cargo and keep a report to the cargo officer.
The report will facilitate your exchange or return process as it states that the damage is not caused by you. As a result of the report, the new product will be sent to your address as soon as possible.
Defective or damaged product notifications made after receiving the cargo are subject to review since there is no report. The review may be accepted or rejected depending on the result.
