Shopping on GAVIEL is easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Use the menu or the search feature and find the product you want to buy.

We are sure you will find the product you are looking for!

2. If you are looking for a specific product, you can use filters (size, color, and price) to sort products according to different criteria (new products, price low to high, price high to low, etc.).

3. Did you find what you are looking for? Choose your size and add the products to your cart. After adding the products, click "Proceed to Checkout".

4. While processing your order CREATE ACCOUNT  However, you can also complete your order by entering your basic contact information (name, surname, e-mail and phone number).

5. Choose the shipping method from among different options to suit your needs.

6. Select a payment method to complete the transaction.

How can I return a product?

Before you send us the products you want to return, you must notify us of your return request via e-mail. When the confirmation information of the return request is notified to you via e-mail, you can send the product. The products you want to return must be delivered to us within 14 working days from the date of delivery, complete with the original box, packaging, and all standard accessories. There are no refunds for products that have been used, have lost their originality and have no tags on them. Shipping fee belongs to us. However, if you return your product with a cargo company other than Yurtiçi Kargo, counter-paid shipments will not be accepted.

Restocking can be done on out-of-stock products. If the product is added to your favourites, you will be informed by e-mail when the stock is renewed.

2. When the shipment is completed, an e-mail will be sent to you with your order summary and a tracking number.

3. You can get information about the status of your shipment by entering your tracking number in the "Inquiry Shipment" section of the official website of Yurtiçi Kargo.

 

What if I am not at the address at the time of delivery?

If you are not found at the address, your cargo will be marked as "undelivered" and returned. It will be brought to your address again the next business day. You can contact the cargo company and get preliminary information about the time they will arrive, and you can ensure that your package is delivered at a convenient time for you. If you are not at the address when you come for the second time, it will be returned to our office address.

 

What should I pay attention to during delivery?

When you receive your order, you should definitely check if there is any damage (torn, crushed, wet, etc.) in your cargo package. In case of damage detectiona, If the damage caused damage to the product or if the product on the invoice does not match the content due to the damage, you should not take delivery of the cargo and keep a report to the cargo officer.

The report will facilitate your exchange or return process as it states that the damage is not caused by you. As a result of the report, the new product will be sent to your address as soon as possible.

Defective or damaged product notifications made after receiving the cargo are subject to review since there is no report. The review may be accepted or rejected depending on the result.
